We have everything you need for the perfect holiday with your horse, peaceful accommodation next to dedicated stabling and turnout for up to 4 horses. We supply DIY stabling, including straw and our own haylage and have plenty of space for parking lorries and trailers. Our rural setting with a choice of bridleways, quiet country roads, tranquil woodland paths, open countryside and of course nearby golden beaches are perfect for you to connect with your favourite companion and riding buddies.

Galloping The Hills

We have three of our own horses on the farmstead who are regularly seen exploring the woods and hills  ‘horsey heaven’ that sit on our doorstep. There really is something magical about cantering along a vast sandy beach, Pembrokeshire is sublime horse riding territory and is an ideal choice for an equestrian break.

We offer guests the opportunity to holiday with their horse, with their own dedicated turnout, hay and straw provided and space for parking. Our all year turn out in individual paddocks is £25 per horse per night, please see the booking page for more details.

Local Lessons and Barley Saturday

Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion is blessed with beautiful countryside scattered with paths & bridleways, stunning beaches and quiet roads perfect for hacking out. Steeped in rural traditions the area host many farming shows all with equestrian sections, of particular note is Barley Saturday an annual event including the stallion parade through the streets of Cardigan. Whether you’re a novice, an experienced rider or just horse enthusiast there’s something for everyone to enjoy at your own safe pace.

Enjoyed a lovely two-night stay, we bought 5 horses that thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the beautiful stables and paddocks.

The rides and view are fantastic. After our long day riding, we had a lovely chill in the hot tub with a wine… absolutely enjoyed our break away and look forward to returning!

We spent 3 comfortable nights at Capel Colman Cottages along with other riding friends and our ponies.

The accommodation for all was spacious and well appointed, such tranquil setting and beautiful views of Pembrokeshire countryside. We stayed here as it offers equine accommodation, airy stables with a locked tack room, secure grazing paddocks and everything undercover with good unloading and parking right by the stabling. The riding is fantastic straight off the yard in various directions over varied terrain, with maps provided. Some of the routes are quite arduous and may not suit beginners. We had a lovely relaxing trip enjoying the riding, walking and the hot tub! Our hosts David and Sam were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, we will definitely be returning, hopefully soon!
